How will our days look like?

Every day, we start the day by coming together around The Sacred Altar in Prayer, Gratitude, Silence and Devotion to The Divine.

Creating space for quiet reflection, allowing you to tune into your intuition, cultivate self-awareness, and access profound peace and clarity.

Then we start our Goddess Morning Practice that will be unique every day The Feminine is very multi faceted that's why we love to offer a variety of practices such as; Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Sensual Dancing, Warrior Women Workout, Stretching , Goddess Affirmations, Self-Love Rituals, Journaling, Ecstatic Dance, Guided Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Bath,etc.

This will also allow you to discover what feels good for you in to do in the morning so that you can start implementing this in your own morning practice. The way we start the day, will set the energy for the rest of our day so it is very important to have a morning routine that is most in alignment with you.

After practice we will have a Delicious Healthy Breakfast/Brunch

& Free Time so you can enjoy laying in the sun, swimming and time in Nature.

The second part of the day we will be focused on Embodiment Workshops.

We will also have another Goddess Photoshoot at The Villa during our week together & with permission, more pictures will be taken throughout the week, capturing our Sacred Journey together to create forever memories.
