Organized by

The cultural association RAS-Heroes de Cavite together with El Debate (Spanish newspapers) other associations and volunteers and civil society are is pleased to present a series of historical-cultural activities that will take place in Brussels (Belgium). These initiatives are based solely on the initiative, efforts and work of civil society, with one main objective: to value the role, history, achievements and contributions of Spain and Hispanic American countries in Europe and in the Western world in general. With this ambitious objective, the program proposes a series of debates, round tables and conferences with historians, writers, journalists, thinkers, and disseminators under the title "Hispafreak Thursdays” which will allow the public to better know our common history with Europe, America and Asia, and thus understand our present in order to better channel our future.

These activities are mainly aimed at a Hispanic American audience residing in Belgium as well as Europeans ad Asians interested in learning more about the common history of Spain with Europe, America, including USA and Asia.
