CTO Club is coming to Brussels!
CTO Club is a community by and for CTOs. We hold monthly meetings and have done that in Flanders for over 2 years now. We have grown to more than 50 people.
CTO Club is now coming to Brussels! We’re going to organise monthly get-togethers for our members, and create an online community. We invite expert-speakers on topics every CTO has an interest in: how does one lead a team of technical people? How do you prepare your team for future growth? But also: how do you communicate with your CEO, CFO, CRO? How do they see the world? How can you make the best decisions for the company together?
The reason why CTOs come to CTO Club is the network. It gives relief to finally be able to talk with people who have the same challenges as you, who face the same obstacles, and, maybe most importantly, who understand what you’re saying.
Our first get-together will have a strong focus on the networking. We’ll invite you to have good discussions amongst each other - but in a non-awkward way. Most CTOs are introverts who don’t like to be put in awkward social positions – we know that and we make sure that doesn’t happen. Tom Klaasen will lead this discussion.
The first get-together of CTO Club Brussels will be on February 19. We’ll meet in BECentral. Rosa is so kind to open their office for us. Doors open at 19:00, when you can have a drink and some pizza. We start the group discussion around 19:30, and end around 21:00. Then you’re welcome to linger and network a bit longer.
