About the event
Come prepared with your questions and any supporting documents you need to explain your situation. You will have a 15-minute time slot to chat with the expert that is present on the day.
At each time slot we will have one of the following guest consultants present. After the consultation if you still have pressing questions you can schedule a paying session with the expert, something you would need to organize yourself.
Our guest consultants are:
Karen Rastelli(link is external), an independent immigration expert from Into Belgium(link is external), who has been working in Belgium for over 20 years advising internationals in their immigration queries.
Massimo Maesen(link is external), a lawyer specialized in immigration from Expat Management Group(link is external) dedicated to helping internationals find answers.
Chloé Dechanet from Anywr(link is external). Born and raised in France Chloé has been living in Belgium for 10 years and working as an immigration specialist since 2018. She speaks French, English, Spanish and Dutch.
Registration
In order to reduce the long waiting times that we encountered at Expatival 2023, with the first come, first serve system, we have decided to use a deposit system.
In order to get an appointment you need to pay the deposit of 15€ (+ Eventbrite fee of 1,92€) to hold your appointment slot. When you come to your appointment then you will receive the 15€ back. In the end, if you come to your appointment, then you will just have to pay for the eventbrite fee (1,92€).
If you do not come to your appointment (without notifying us 48 hours in advance) then you will not receive the 15€ or eventbrite fee (1,92€) back .
If you cancel your appointment on time you will be refunded the 15€ from the event but not the eventbrite fee of 1,92€. Refunds are possible 48 hours in advance upon request. Otherwise refunds are not possible (!).
