Do I need to register?

Its a free event, however we ask each participant to register, also to comply with the fire safety regulations.

Do I need to bring my own Yoga mat?

We do have quite a few yoga mats, however you need to register for us to have a count on how many yoga mats to bring to the venue.

I am quite new to this whole concept of yoga etc, can i join or its for advanced practitioners only

Our certified trainers custom make the session based on the need of the group, so all are welcome to experience a sense of calm and balance.
