Agoria, as data controller will process your personal data in order to register you for the service it will organise in the framework of the WalHub European Digital Innovation Hub, also called EDIH WalHub. Also, in order to organize the WalHub events in the most efficient way and allow us to inform you about events which might be of interest for you, your contact details will be shared amongst the EDIH WalHub partners (Cenaero, Cetic, Idelux, Logistics in Wallonia, Pôle MecaTech, Multitel, Sirris and the Agence du Numérique), who will be joint controllers of these personal data. In addition, Agoria, as coordinator of EDIH Walhub project, will report limited personal data (contact details, attendance records, de minimum data, …) to the Walhub funding authorities in order to comply with the funding conditions. Agoria and its partners will at all times process your personal data only for the before mentioned purposes and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation in order to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
