What is the Relationship Lab?

In daily life, you might have encountered disconnection in your relationship, due to various reasons. One of them are our inner defense mechanisms, that block our connection with our partner. You might recognize yourself reacting from hurt and using harsh words, maybe regretting it afterwards. The Relationship Lab offers a sacred space for couples to rediscover the profound connection that exists between them—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We will playfully reconnect, slow down and build trust, so you’ll become aware of these patterns and learn how to stay calm in challenging situations.

Dreams Unlocked, Relaity Reshaped - What is this Edition about?

In this workshop, you will explore your deepest dreams, wishes, and desires—both individually and within your relationship. You’ll discover how to support your own ambitions as well as those of your partner, and how to build a shared vision for the future. Through playful exercises and open conversations, you’ll have the opportunity to share each other’s fantasies and life goals without judgement, and see how you can weave them into your shared reality. This edition provides the space to connect on a deeper level, discover new perspectives, and dream together about a fulfilling future.

Veronique and Robert will guide the group through an evening of deep connection. By stepping away from the distractions of daily life, you create space to immerse yourself in an experience of genuine presence and intimacy. In this nurturing and respectful environment, you'll have the opportunity to explore new pathways of communication, trust, and closeness, all while holding space for one another’s growth and desires. Together, we will explore how to embrace authenticity and vulnerability, practicing in a safe space, either in pairs or with the group. You’ll experience what it means to give and receive empathy and to trust fully. Through carefully guided practices, you will be invited to deepen your bond, nurture your relationship and create a sense of harmony that resonates on all levels.

About the Facilitators

The evening will be guided by Veronique and Robert, a real couple, who have a big amount of experience on the related topic. Their personal life was a laboratory relating, handling disconnection, consiousness, personal leadership and intimacy for more than 20 years. This combined with trainings and education, makes the knowledge embodied wisdom and makes them perfect hosts for an evening of exploration on these topics. As they are relating with each other in long distance, their relationship needs even more tools to foster closeness and connection, revealing essentials of relating with one another.
