Sustainability or “ESG” is arguably one of the key themes of our time. The EU’s Green Deal ambitions have sparked an unprecedented wave of sustainability regulation, with the rest of the world not far behind. On a professional level, sustainability is also increasingly affecting our way of working. Whether through gender policies, non-financial criteria for remuneration, green mobility solutions or through various compliance requirements, a new sustainability driven working environment is taking shape and is impacting our professional behaviour. This session explores the challenges and opportunities of this new paradigm through a panel discussion, where panellists will each share their personal experiences on how ESG is affecting their daily working environment and where this evolution is likely to lead us.
