A Soundbath is a meditative experience where you are bathed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments. It helps to reduce stress, balance energy, and promote deep relaxation.

For Whom?
No prior experience is needed. Everyone is welcome

What to Bring?
Bring a yoga mat and wear some comfortable clothing.
