In this session, we’ll explore postures to stretch and strengthen the relevant muscle groups, inviting you to inquire into your range of motion with grace and awareness. We’ll also introduce gentle yet effective pelvic floor exercises for support and stability.

Once we’ve moved and opened, we shift into deep relaxation. The vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls guide your body into a state of profound release, helping to recalibrate your nervous system and release any lingering tension. Expect to feel lighter and deeply restored.
