ATTUNED - Neurodiversity Coach Training

ATTUNED neurodiversity coaching is a brand new training programme providing a high standard of neurodiversity training for coaches wanting to work with neurodivergent children, teens or adults.

We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism and ADHD and the strategies we can use to empower clients through 1:1 coaching.

The ethos of a neuro-affirming coaching approach for neurodivergent clients is centred on collaboration, respect, and the recognition of each individual's unique strengths and perspectives.

This approach is grounded in the belief that neurodivergence is a natural and valuable aspect of human diversity, deserving of affirmation rather than pathologisation. A core tenet is the emphasis on a collaborative working relationship, where coach and client co-create the coaching journey, valuing the client's lived experience and personal insights.
