Diagrama Foundation is a charity supporting vulnerable children and adults at risk of social exclusion. We help transform lives through our adoption, fostering and residential services by taking a holistic approach and having a focus on the core values of being non-judgmental, providing care and empathy. We believe that in order to offer an outstanding service, the needs of the individual must lie at the heart of everything we do.
