Hoy Villa Ocampo pertenece a la UNESCO, es un sitio cultural emblemático de Argentina y una herramienta indispensable para reconstruir la historia cultural hispanoamericana. Como sitio de memoria, pensamiento y creatividad, el Observatorio UNESCO Villa Ocampo, fiel al legado intelectual y ético de Victoria Ocampo, y en consonancia con el mandato de la UNESCO, tiene por misión reafirmar las relaciones entre cultura y desarrollo como contribución a la Agenda 2030 de Naciones Unidas.

Villa Ocampo, the residence of Victoria Ocampo, was a meeting point for the most relevant writers and thinkers of the 20th century. Today Villa Ocampo belongs to UNESCO, is an emblematic cultural site of Argentina and an indispensable tool for reconstructing Hispanic American cultural history. As a site of memory, thought and creativity, the UNESCO Villa Ocampo Observatory, faithful to the intellectual and ethical legacy of Victoria Ocampo, and in line with UNESCO's mandate, has the mission of reaffirming the relationship between culture and sustainable development as a contribution to the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
