Syd Collier

Syd (they/them) has a background in health sciences, graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S in Health, Physical Education and Exercise Science. Syd is currently continuing education at Virginia State University for Nutrition and Dietetics. They have a passion for understanding the human body and learning practices that supports our holistic well being. Syd became a RYT-200 in 2016, and has continued education in the field of mindfulness and meditation. They work to engage with mindful living, through the science of mindfulness, meditation, herbalism, and nutrition. From how we move our bodies, to what we chose to incorporate in our diets, Syd works to empower folks to explore choices that move us collectively towards a more mindful way of being.
