Code Your Future

Code Your Future is a non-profit organisation that provides free Software Development education and career support to underrepresented groups and other people excluded from education. We work with groups of 80% ethnic minorities, 80% low socio-economic backgrounds and 40% women. Our aim is to empower these individuals with the skills and confidence and start fulfilling careers in tech.

We are a registered charity in the United Kingdom, with chapters in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Cape Town. Since 2016 we have supported over 240 engineers into great jobs in tech, and we are growing every year.

Our trainees are highly committed and possess a range of skills and experience, from entry-level to mid-level, making them excellent candidates for employment. CYF-eligible grads work in companies like Capgemini, JP Morgan, Avaloq, the Financial Times, BBC, STV, Deloitte, Comic Relief, AND Digital, among others.

We build communities and networks of inclusion everywhere we go, bringing different worlds together and integrating people into their local communities. All our teachers are volunteers working in the tech industry, leading our course delivery and emphasising collaboration and product development through tech projects.

We partner with organisations that could sponsor our work or hire our talented and motivated trainees after graduation and help us continue our mission of empowering these underserved communities, diversifying the tech sector, and positively impacting their lives and the companies they work for.
